Technical requirements

• Torque initiation 18 Nm at the hexagon with open-end wrench
• Sealing cylinder for rotary shaft seal required
• Wear-resistant gear tooth system for 18-Nm torque transfer
• Bearing must be line with bearing material to prevent corroding or rusting into
• Predetermined breaking point in the drive train 25 Nm

Profitability

The original 2-part solution “main body as rotating and milling part with mounted bushing“ was replaced by a 3-part plastic-coated solution.
